Unmanned Damage Detection System for Mesh Belts

Early detection of "end tearing" and "wire damage" in mesh belts to prevent sudden accidents caused by mesh belts! Detection is possible with just one wire!

As the name suggests, conveyors have realized assembly line work in various industries such as "manufacturing" and "logistics." They automatically transport items without the need to go and pick them up from the previous process, thereby improving work efficiency. However, in the case of slow-moving conveyors, there is a risk of overlooking missing parts. We hope that the "Unmanned Damage Detection System for Mesh Belts" can be utilized as one of the measures to prevent accidents before they occur. 【Features】 ■ Using cameras and image processing systems, it can early detect edge tears and wire damage of mesh belts, helping to prevent sudden accidents caused by mesh belt issues. It can even detect the damage of a single wire. ■ By using cameras and image inspection systems, it automatically acquires inspection data and detects damaged areas. The data includes CSV files recording the coordinates and extent of the damage, as well as image data. ■ Depending on the communication environment, remote monitoring from an external PC is also possible. ■ By setting thresholds for the detection areas, the system can also output pass/fail judgments for the damaged areas. ■ It is difficult for operators to observe every part of the mesh belt in a single round. By using the system, it contributes to improved observation accuracy and labor-saving.

Concrete Structure Deformation Detection System "BLUE DOCTOR"

Equipped with a unique magnetostrictive sensor! "Floating and Delamination" detection system using mobile impact elastic wave survey method.

The "BLUE DOCTOR" is an integrated unit consisting of an automatic hammer that strikes four times per second and a magnetostrictive sensor that detects elastic (reflected) waves, all within a 50mm range. It can determine in real-time the presence or absence of defects (voids) and their depth in concrete structures such as tunnels and bridges, including issues like floating or delamination, and display the results via LED. Compared to conventional methods, it significantly increases inspection speed and can detect relatively deep defects (70mm to 300mm) that are difficult to find with acoustic testing. 【Features】 - Unique magnetostrictive sensor capable of detecting voids up to 300mm from the concrete surface - Automatically performs hammering at a speed of four strikes per second - Unique electromagnetic hammer with automatic control function for consistent force application - Basic configuration consists of a hammer and sensor integrated into a single unit with a 50mm spacing - Compatible with automation of inspections when combined with robots *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
